Are you ready to take control of your sewer lines and get brand new sewer lines with little to no digging required? Then look no further, pipe lining is the solution you’re looking for!

With our state of the art equipment and techniques Totally Tankless FL can have you back up and running with less time and less money compared to sewer line replacement.

Our experienced technicians will start by taking camera footage of your sewer lines to assess the condition and observe any damage in the lines.

Next we’ll prepare the existing sewer line for liner installation by hydro jetting, descaling, and cutting out roots, washing out as much debris as possible without compromising the integrity of the line.

Once we’re confident the sewer line is ready, we begin the installation by measuring the liner material needed based off of the camera footage.

The material comes in dry and pre-wet, depending on the technique we decide is best suited for the length and type of damage found in the sewer line footage. Dry material is soaked in the specialized epoxy resin mixture on the job site by the technician.

Once the material is prepared, it’s time to load it into or onto the specialized equipment that will allow us to place it in the line and cure the resin mixture. Depending on the type of installation done, it will either be loaded into a cannon, a drum, or slid onto an ultraviolet light packer, or UV packer.

At this point, it’s ready to install. For the cannon or drum, air pressure will be used to invert the liner material into the existing sewer at the point of access. For the UV packer, the lining material will be pulled into place from the point of access.

Now we can cure the resin in the lining material, hardening it into the final shape of the existing pipe, restoring smooth flowing drainage and sealing any previously found damage to the line such as root intrusions, cracks or holes in the original sewer line.

Ultraviolet light cures the UV material, while heat delivered via steam or hot water inside a calibration tube, similar to a balloon, will cure the material used in the drum and cannon. The calibration tube, or cal tube, is place inside the material inside the existing sewer line. Air and water pressure inflates the cal tube pressing the liner material tightly against the sewer line, giving the material the same shape and curvature of the existing line.

After the material is cured we remove the calibration tube, or UV packer depending on the technique that was used. Any connections onto the sewer that the pipe lining material covered are reinstated using a specialized cable drill called a miller.

The rough edges of the reinstatement are smoothed out utilizing the miller with a different tool head on the end of the cable.

A final camera inspection of the newly lined pipe is conducted along with flow testing to ensure your sewer is performing at the best possible level.

Pipe lining is far less invasive than pipe replacement as it can be done under yards, driveways, homes, businesses and even inside walls without having to expose the entire pipe needing repair.

This translates to less time on the job, less money spent overall and less restorative repairs needed
afterwards such as landscaping, concrete work, flooring or walls closed up.
